I sold this 10 acre Bartonville property back in 2017, and over the years they’ve invited me back to see all of the incredible renovations they made. Honestly, it has felt like having my own private HGTV show, and I’ve loved watching their vision come to life one project at a time. One of my first-time home buyers recently sent me these before & after photos of their living and dining area in Canyon Falls, and I think they did SUCH a great job! And can we talk about that fireplace?! 😍 I am in love with the stonework they added. It makes such a huge difference and really anchors the whole space. I love getting these little updates after closing. It’s so fun to see a house I remember from showings turn into a home that feels completely like THEM.
